Designing a Custom Loaf Pan for a US Bakery

One of our customers in the US was purchasing a complete set of 18" × 26" bakeware, including sheet pans, hamburger pans, baguette trays, loaf pans, and bakery racks. For the 6-strap loaf pan, they only knew the overall outside dimensions. The size of each loaf cavity still needed to be designed to match their production line.

Instead of guessing, our design team worked through the details with the customer step by step. We adjusted the drawings several times based on their feedback until everything looked right. Once the design was confirmed, we produced a sample for baking tests before moving into production. The customer was pleased with both the final result and the way we worked together throughout the project.
