Custom 10-Tier Oven Rack

For this project, we built a custom 10-tier bakery oven rack together with 60x80 cm baking pans for our customer's production line. The commercial bakery oven rack was designed around the customer's actual oven size and workflow, so its structure is a little different from a standard bakery trolley.

The rack is made from high-quality stainless steel and fitted with four high-temperature swivel casters. It is built to handle heavy loads and the demands of daily industrial baking. After receiving the rack, the customer put it into real production and was very happy with its stability, load capacity, and overall build quality.
