Baking Tray Non-Stick Test for Albania Customer
As a professional manufacturer of custom baking tray, we recently conducted a comprehensive non-stick performance test based on a customer's cookie recipe.
The test covered three common types of our baking trays: flat baking pan, multi-link pan, and muffin pan, all of which demonstrated excellent demolding performance. It's worth noting that the demolding effect is closely related to the sugar content in the recipe - generally, the higher the sugar content, the stronger the adhesion, and the greater the difficulty in demolding.
